HOW DOES THE DEW POINT CONTROL PANEL WORK?

The dew point control panel continuously monitors environmental conditions via sensors integrated into the system. Operating through three core functions, this system proactively eliminates potential hazards.

01. Dewpoint Detection

The Smart Dew Point Control Panel activates when it detects a risk of condensation in the environment. This detection is provided by high-precision sensors.

02. Rapid Response

01. OIL-FREE AIR TECHNOLOGY 100% OIL-FREE AIR (CLASS 0)

It prevents the smallest oil droplets from adhering to laser lenses and mirrors. While standard dryers remove water from the air, Nova-Air active carbon towers (Oil Vapor Removal Towers) purify the air at a molecular level. By preventing lens scratching and contamination of the optical path, it maintains the laser's focusing quality at the highest level.

02. MICRO, ACTIVATED CARBON, AND DUST FILTERS

Dual-entry and exit filters provide top-tier compressed air purity while ensuring full protection of the existing molecular sieve. Micro, activated carbon, and dust filters form a complementary three-layer line of defense, ensuring that the air reaching the laser optics is always smooth, pristine, and particle-free.

03. CONSTANT PRESSURE DEW POINT

It lowers the dew point of the air to levels of -20°C or -40°C, effectively removing water vapor from the air at the atomic level. In a system where micro-condensation is prevented, the lenses always remain crystal clear. This stability prevents focus shift even during long-term operations, delivering high-precision cutting.

04. MOLECULAR FILTRATION AGAINST OIL VAPOR WITH ACTIVATED CARBON

Standard filters can trap airborne oil and moisture; however, oil vapor (gaseous oil) easily passes right through them. As air passes through this tower, oil vapor molecules physically adhere to the pores of the activated carbon. Completely moisture-free, your lenses will not heat up or lose their clarity, delivering peak optical performance.
